Rand is the founder of Bateman IP Law Group and specializes in the protection of all forms of Intellectual Property.  His experience includes complex litigation, and prosecution of patent, trademark and copyright matters.  Rand has represented clients from across the United States and several foreign countries.  He has obtained more than 200 patents, and has overseen registration of nearly 250 trademarks.  Rand has also litigated numerous patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters ranging from architectural copyright cases to patent cases in which his clients received million dollar settlements.
