Randall Bateman, founder of Bateman IP and of the reputable Utah Genius Awards (recognizes top trademark and patent recipients), will head SCM’s newly formed Intellectual Property Group joined by the other Bateman attorneys. Existing SCM attorneys who will complete the new nine-member Intellectual Property Group, are Rodney Parker, Samuel Alba, Keith Call, Maralyn English, and Robert Lin. In addition to collaborating with many of the firm’s service areas, the new Intellectual Property Group will work closely with the firm’s Cyber Security Group.
