Tim graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Brigham Young University in April of 2000.  He currently attends J. Reuben Clark School of Law and is expected to graduate in Spring of 2010.  His work at Intel and Dotster.com gained him insight and skill into technology development and trademark disputes.  Tim is a registered patent agent.  He also enjoys volunteering time to work with youth mentoring groups, as well as gardening and reading.

As a member of Intel’s motherboard group, had primary responsibility over qualifying new processors in production motherboards, as well as supporting manufacturing and customer quality issues   Assisted legal department at Dotster.com in domain name disputes and in trademark infringement complaints
