Background
Chad specializes in Patent Law, including Patent Drafting and Prosecution,
client counseling and opinion work, and Litigation, including complex patent
litigation. Chad has experience as a patent examiner, big-firm lawyer representing
international companies, as well as a small-town lawyer representing small and
mid-sized businesses. Chad′s experience also includes working with small
inventors to get their products protected and out in the marketplace. His
experience allows him to see patent and IP issues from a variety of angles,
allowing him spot issues from both an attorney's view and an examiner's eye.
He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah and received
his law degree from George Mason University School of Law.
